We’ve deployed our first updates of 2018! 

The main feature added is the ability to toggle between Patient and Client terminology at your clinic.  We know that some clinics refer to their patrons differently, now you have the option to toggle how they are referenced throughout SOAP Vault.  Learn more.

A few other updates include:

  • Printing a SOAP note which contains only drawings but no tags now display the diagram.
  • Improvements when importing patients from CSV files generated from a Mac.
  • General usability improvements and minor bug fixes.


You catoggle the terminology used throughout SOAP Vault when referencing your clinic’s Patients/Clients.  Follow these steps.
Login as Admin.
Click Settings.
Under the Clinic heading, click Details.
On this page, you can toggle between your clinic’s terminology being Patients or Clients.  Patient’s is the default valu
