Next week you will have the option to require patients to prepay, partially pay or securely submit their credit card when booking an appointment! Canada/US only for now.
When patients have credit cards on file, it makes future appointments super simple to pay, and you can store 5 different credit cards per patient.
You will be able to set up your clinic’s online booking payment policies to one of 4 settings:
- Prepay – Require full payment in full at the time of booking.
- Partially Pay – Require a partial payment at the time of booking.
- Credit Card Hold – Require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
- No Requirement – Do not require payment or credit card details (default).
