On April 24th at 8:30am EST we will be updating SOAP Vault to include the first stage of the new billing system.
Stage 1: April 24th: New billing system.
Stage 2: A few weeks after: Bambora payment processing by staff.
Stage 3: A few weeks after that: Bambora payments by patients/clients at the time of booking.
We do not expect any downtime, however, it’s important to gain some familiarity with the new billing system if you are planning to use it immediately. Below are a few helpful resources:
