New COVID-19 Policies: We value the safety of our clients, students and staff, and so have put the following into place:
• Clients are required to wear face masks and to follow social distancing guidelines as much as possible
• Appointment start times have been adjusted to minimize the number of people who are are in the reception lobby at any one time.
• We ask you to arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time of your appointment
• 24-hours prior to your appointment, you'll receive an email containing a mandatory COVID-19 symptom screening questionnaire
• If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, sustained coughing, new loss of smell/taste) or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, we will need to reschedule your appointment
