All clients are required to:

● Fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire before every treatment (Sent 24hrs prior to your treatment time via email);

● Wear a mask while the therapist is in their home. 

All appointments booked through this app MOBILE. My Mobile Massage's operating address will be displayed for billing purposes only. ALL mobile appointments will occur at the address you provide in your profile. 

All appointments are by request only. Approvals and/or changes will be sent via email as soon as possible
