In accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Health’s recommendation to wear masks whenever physical distancing is not possible,
MASKS are REQUIRED at ALL TIMES while in the clinic. This is especially important now that the VOCs are becoming more prevalent.
In order to limit the number of people in the clinic, we ask that only ONE PERSON per appointment come into the clinic, unless a caregiver is required.
Our doors will be LOCKED when we are in treatment. We will open them approx. 5 min before your scheduled appointment. Please DO NOT knock or call. We will open the door when we are prepared for you.
We are REQUIRED by our regulatory college to screen each client TWICE for COVID symptoms prior to your appointment. To do this we will;
1. Send out an email screening questionnaire a day or two prior to your appointment.
2. Screen you verbally once you arrive for your appointment.
Please fill out any intake/questionnaires that we email to you prior to your appointment. These are a MANDATORY.
Let's all do our part to reduce the spread. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE IF YOU, OR SOMEONE YOU LIVE WITH IS UNWELL.
If you are feeling unwell, or are required to self isolate, please CALL as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We want to keep everyone who steps into our office (staff & clients) as healthy as possible.
**If you suddenly have symptoms the same day and are beyond our normal 24-hour cancellation period, please CALL US TO CANCEL as soon as possible.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This will allow us to offer your appointment to someone on our wait list.
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a MISSED APPOITMENT FEE that is equal to the cost of the treatment booked. This fee will be applied to the credit card that is on file at the time your booking was made.
We CANNOT bill your insurance company for a missed appointment. We will provide you with a receipt that you can try to submit.
