1. If you booked an appointment online and DID NOT receive a confirmation immediately - YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Please either retry to book online or contact us so that I can help you get booked asap.
2. Prepayment for new patients and non-members will be due at booking. If you need to change your appointment, please do not cancel the original appointment. Only use the option to edit that appointment to the new time so the payment will automatically transfer to the new appointment. IF YOU CAN NOT EDIT - PLEASE CALL OR TEXT US TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT TO AVOID SERVICE CHARGE.
3. Refunds will be available for any appointments canceled before our 24 hour cancellation policy. THERE WILL BE A 5% SURCHARGE IF APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED AND NOT RESCHEDULED. NO refunds will be available after that time UNLESS it is due to illness or emergency.
