No payment will be taken when booking online, credit card details are only required in case of same-day cancellation and no-shows in accordance with Unified Bodyworks cancellation policy shown below.

*Unified Bodyworks Therapists respect that clients may have circumstances beyond their control that require a booking to be cancelled or changed.

No-shows and same-day (after 12am the day of the booking) cancellations will be invoiced 100% of the total treatment fee.

Equally, Therapists will endeavour to give the maximum possible notice when cancelling an appointment and this action will only be taken as a course of last resort in the event of illness or personal emergency.

At the time of booking a credit card will be stored on file in case of a same-day cancellation or failure to attend an appointment. Acknowledging this agreement gives consent for the full payable amount to be deducted from the card stored on file.
