Please read the online booking policy below, I am passionate about my clinic and the services it provides and I want your experience to reflect that.

It is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Due to COVID-19 any clients that have experienced symptoms of COVID 19 within 24 hours or have had contact with somebody who has tested positive or are feeling ill before their appointment will need to reschedule their appointment.

I will not be charging a cancellation fee if you are cancelling due to COVID-19 or COVID-19 related symptoms.

Our Regular Cancellation Policy

Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.
If a 24-hour notice is not given Heart Fire Eastern Therapies, reserves the right to issue a £20.00 late cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made on the day of your scheduled appointment without valid reason or you do not show, the full-service fee will be applied.
Failure to show up for 2 appointments without contacting Heart Fire Eastern Therapies will result in bookings needing to be paid in advance.
