Please do not book an appointment if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have been exposed to anyone, in the last 14 days, who has been diagnosed, or if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Fever, cough or shortness of breath, chills, fatigue, headache, sore throat, runny nose, congested nose, lost sense of taste or smell, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, digestive issues (nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain) or pink eye. By booking an appointment, you agree that you do not have any of the above symptoms, at the time of booking. If you begin to experience any of the symptoms listed above, prior to your appointment, please reschedule.
Please note, a mask is required of all patients for treatment. If your appointment is between 10am & 6pm, the spa is open, please come in, with your mask in place, sanitize your hands, and complete the sign-in sheet. If your appointment is outside of the above hours, the front door will be locked until 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. The sign-in sheet is mandatory for all patients and guests entering the spa, at this time.
