Policy update:
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment due to time needed for sanitization. Please check your email for health release forms to fill out prior to your appointment if you are a new client or haven’t filled out a covid release form yet. If you do not receive them please contact me.

A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. You will NOT be charged when booking your appointment. If you no call/no show for your appointment then your card WILL be charged for 50% of the missed appointment. Please understand that this is to reserve your appointment for my time and yours. If you’re not going to make it please call. 24 hour notice required for cancellation or there will be a 20% charge.

If paying with a gift card a credit card will still be needed on file to hold your appointment. It will NOT be charged unless there is a no show. PLEASE have Gift cards or e-gift card codes present at time if checkout. If you do not have it with you it cannot be honored. Do NOT lose them.
