Welcome, and thank you for your interest in booking a massage therapy appointment. My schedule is open 3 months in advance, and can fill up quickly. You can select your treatment type below and browse available times; feel free to check back regularly. Please note that I will be working reduced hours during July and August. New clients welcome (Mon-Fri, daytime appointments only)
Mask/Wellness Policy
While masks are no longer mandatory for clients, they are still encouraged and my office remains a mask friendly enviroment. I will continue to wear a mask during treatments.
If you have any cold/flu-like symptoms please email me to rebook. If someone in your household is unwell, please be sure to wear a mask at the office.
Pricing/Payments
30 minutes - $68 45 minutes - $87 60 minutes - $109
All prices include HST, and payment is due at the time of your treatment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, or email transfers. After payment is recieved you will be emailed an electronic receipt for your extended healthcare benefits. I do not offer direct billing to insurance companies or accept MVA/WSIB claims.
Pre Appointment Reminders
If you are a new client you will receive a Health History form via email. Please complete this form prior to your initial appointment. As per the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, Health history forms need to be completed annually after your first appointment.
You will recieve a reminder email a couple of days before your appointment. If you are feeling well and plan to attend your appointment please confirm via the link in the email. If this time no longer works for you please email as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, you will be charged for the full cost of your treatment. Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card, and if arrangements for payment are not made future appointments may be removed from the booking system.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are booked and spaced strategically. If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment will still end at the designated time with no adjustment to the fee. If your arrival is more than 15 mins past your scheduled start time, the appointment will be forfeited and treated as a missed appointment.
