Welcome! My name is Kai-Lei Hesse. I graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology and registered with the College of Massage Therapists' of Ontario in 2021.
My focus is in Myofascial Release, General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Massage, and Remedial Massage Therapy.
I have additional training in Gua Sha Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, Lomi Lomi, Prenatal and Acupressure. I am also certified in Level One Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

30 minutes: $60
45 minutes: $80
60 minutes: $100
75 minutes: $115
90 minutes: $140

45 minute or 60 minute appointments are recommended for new patients to allow time for a thorough health history discussion and assessment.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call or email in advance.
If you can't find an appointment that works for you, give us a call and we will try to find a time more suitable for you.

We do offer direct billing at Bridgepoint Chiropractic Clinic. (But not at Ridgeway Wellness Centre).
Most insurance companies require a prescription for massage therapy to do direct billing. Please bring one valid within the last 12 months.
