Essential Elements Massage Clinic opened in 2009 and is owned and operated by Ashley Hebert-MacLean, RMT, She/Her and Liam MacLean, RMT, He/Him. Moving our practice to our home in 2021, we continue to boast ample parking, ground floor walk-in, and a waiting area, all in a welcoming yet professional atmosphere. Massage tables with adjustable height, a pregnancy table, and natural, environmentally-friendly products and cleaning supplies continue to complement Essential Elements’ philosophy: “Health Care With a Personal Touch”.

The clinic handles all cases and conditions, from acute injuries, chronic conditions, and MVA cases to preventative care. We are always eager to provide assessments and self-care exercises, as well as answer any and all questions our clients may have about Massage Therapy or specific conditions. Essential Elements strives to promote clients gaining an active role in their personal health care.
