My name is Carmen Agar and I’d like to welcome you to my business, Agar Exercise Therapy & Massage!
I graduated from the University of Regina with my degree in Kinesiology - Human Kinetics in 2016. Since that time I have gained experience working as a Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach primarily at the Dr. Paul Schwann Centre within the UofR. I graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in May 2021 and have now opened an Exercise Therapy and Massage Therapy business which I will be operating out of my home.
I have always been passionate about athletics and exercise, and now have the tools to assist you in many different ways! You may be looking for some help with your exercise form, which I can help with virtual zoom sessions or in person. You may already have a gym membership but are finding yourself bored with the same workouts. I can help provide some variety to your programming to spice things up. Maybe you are are looking for a change in your career and will need to pass some sort of physical abilities test (PARE, POPAT, FireFighter, COPAT, EMS, etc). I have a wealth of experience in this area and can help you ensure you are prepared for test day. Or if you have all of that sorted out but experience a great deal of muscle soreness after your workouts, have pain you can’t seem to shake, or just love the relaxing feeling of a massage, I can help you out with massage therapy services as well!
