All clients will be required to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire before every treatment. This will be sent 24hrs prior to your treatment time via email.

All appointments booked through this site are MOBILE. My Mobile Massage's operating address will be displayed for billing purposes only. ALL mobile appointments will occur at the address you provide in your profile.

All appointments are by request only. Approvals and/or changes will be sent via email within 24hrs.
