If you are unable to attend your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, without notice, your treatment will be forfeited. Full reimbursement of the appointment fee is due for changes/cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. This Fee will come from your own pocket, I cannot go through insurance for cancellations.
