Once online booking is completed for a first time client an intake form will be sent via email (may take up to 24 hours) to be filled out prior to your scheduled session.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY- If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time or does not show up. Client will still be charged in full for their appointment.
