Treatment Requirement Checklist:

1. Driveway or guest parking

2. Approximate surface area of 7ft x 7ft for the massage table to set up the respective equipment and to allow for ergonomic movement

3. Apartment & Condo: Access to a standard-sized working elevator- to reach treatment area due to weight & size of equipment

4. Sink to wash hands

5. Nearby electrical outlet to plug in table warmer

6. Signed medical intake documents (emailed at the time of booking)


Appointment:
Please allow an additional 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the massage treatment for setting up, the pre-massage intake conversation, as well as providing home-care suggestion.

Winter Appointments:
Burrr, the weather is changing and so is parking availability! Driveway or guest parking is a mandatory requirement.

Your Mobile Massage (YMM) Services reserves the right to decline services and apply the session fee to the credit card on file if the Treatment Requirement Checklist is not adhered to in its entirety.
