What is a sending maximum?
The maximum number of SMS messages that your clinic can send in a 30-day period. This is calculated on a rolling time period.
Every time your clinic tries to send an SMS message, Noterro determines the number of SMS messages that your clinic has sent in the previous 30 days. As long as the total number of SMS messages that you have sent in the past 30 days is less than this 30-day maximum, your message will be sent.
