SOAPs have never been so clean!
Loved it! I was able to learn and begin using Noterro within a very short timeframe. It's helped the client intake interview process, soap charting, and exit interviews. Way more effective than writing all the information by hand and exchanging countless pages.
Kicking myself I didn't sign up sooner
I've been using the system for 3 days, I started on a trial basis BUT have found it so easy to set up and love the ability to draw on the SOAP notes that I've signed up way before the trial is over! I've also signed up to the SMS option to send out client reminders - hopefully I'll definitely be saving a few hours a week not sending reminders and paperwork out for clients to complete.
Can't beat the value, high quality
Excellent. It was easy to set up and it's easy to use. My patients comment on how professional the whole system looks on their end. It has greatly decreased the amount of administrative work I have to do. My reminder calls are automated. I don't have to scan as much as I can have patients complete online forms. It's paperless. It is also a fraction of the cost.
