Removing Patient Credits in Noterro: Error Adjustment Guide

Occasionally, you may need to remove a credit from a Patient's account for various reasons, including making adjustments for credit errors.

Removing Credit on Patient's Account

1. Click on the Patient's name.
2. Click on the Billing tab.
3. Click the Transactions header.
4. Locate the Transaction Number with an Account Credit.
5. Click the Transaction.
6. Click Delete and follow the instructions.
