Multi-Tagging with Multiple Locations

You can tag multiple locations on a diagram for quicker documentation. Depending on your device, this is done in two different ways.

When using a mouse and keyboard

  1. Hold the Shift Key and Click The Areas on the Diagram you want to tag.
  2. Release the Shift Key.
  3. Follow the dialogue prompts through each tag.

Important Note: You can also toggle on Multi-Tag and click the appropriate areas. Once you have selected all the areas, click Add Tags and follow the prompts.

When using a touch device (e.g., phone or tablet)

  1. Toggle on Multi-Tag.
  2. Click the Areas on the Diagram.
  3. Once selecting all the areas, click Add Tags and follow the prompts.

Important Note: The thumbnail image within the dialogue box indicates which of the multiple tags you're currently tagging and commenting on.
