Adjusting the Time When Text, Email & Phone Reminders are Sent

You can adjust how many hours before an appointment you want to send text, email and phone reminders.

How to Adjust the Hours for Reminders

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
3. Click Templates.
4. Scroll to the Patient Notifications section.
5. Click on the Text/Email/Phone reminder notifications you want to adjust.
6. Set your preferred hours you wish to send the text reminder before the appointment.
7. Click Save.
