Setting Up Practitioner Safety Alerts

Practitioner Safety Alerts are sent to a Practitioner's designated safety contact when a Practitioner doesn't check out of their mobile appointment on time. Here are the steps to set up Safety Alerts in Noterro GO.

Enabling Safety Alerts

  1. Login as Admin.
  2. Go to Clinic Settings.
  3. Select GO from the list.
  4. Go to Practitioner Safety Alerts.
  5. Select Add next to the Practitioner Name.
  6. Enter your chosen Safety Contact Name.
  7. Select Notification Timing.
  8. Choose Email, Text Message (SMS), and Phone as the notification methods.
  9. Enter the Email Address or Phone Number for the chosen notification methods.
  10. Click Save.

Important Note: You can send safety alerts using multiple notification methods. However, you can only input one safety contact for each type of alert.
