Allowing Multiple Patients to Use the Same Credit Card with Bambora

Sometimes, multiple Patients may want to use the same credit card. For instance, multiple family members may want to use the same credit card to pay their invoices. Allowing a single credit card requires updating your settings in Bambora.

Using the Same Credit Card for Multiple Patients

1. Log in to your Bambora Account. https://web.na.bambora.com/admin/td_sdefault.asp
2. Under the Configuration heading, select Payment Profile Configuration.
3. Uncheck the box 'Do not allow the profile to be created with card data duplicated from an existing profile.'
