Patients without Appointments Report

Practitioners can view reports for Patients without upcoming appointments and see when their last visit dates were to proactively reach out for follow-ups, ensure continuity of care and optimize scheduling for improved Patient management.

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on the Graph icon (Reports) in the left navigation.
3. Under the Patient section, click on Patients Without Appointments.
4. Click Download (it will be downloaded as a CSV file).
