Cancelling a Package or Membership

You can cancel a Package or Membership that allows cancellations. However, the cancellation must be within the required cancellation date range.

How to Cancel a Package or Membership

1. Click on the Patient's Name.
2. Click on Packages and Memberships in the sidebar.
3. Click on the Package or Membership Name.
4. Click Cancel Pass.

Important Note: Patients can't cancel their membership through the Web Portal and App. They must contact the clinic to cancel. If a Patient wants to cancel before the cancellation date, it's up to the clinic to decide whether they want to allow and process the cancellation.
