Cancelling a Package or Membership

You can cancel a Package or Membership that allows cancellations. However, the cancellation must be within the required cancellation date range.

How to Cancel a Package or Membership

1. Click on the Patient's Name.
2. Click on Packages and Memberships in the sidebar.
3. Click on the Package or Membership Name.
4. Click Cancel Pass.

Important Note: Patients cannot cancel their membership through the Web Portal & App. They must call the clinic to cancel their membership. If the Patient would like to cancel before the Cancellation date, it is up to the clinic to decide whether to allow the cancellation.
