Redeeming a Package or Membership

Redeeming an active Package or Membership is done when the service is provided and can be added to the invoice.

Redeeming Packages & Memberships from an Appointment

  1. Click on Patient's Appointment.
  2. Create an Invoice.
  3. The Redeem button will be available if the service matches the Package or Membership.
  4. Click Redeem in the header.
  5. Click Redeem in the popup window.

Redeeming a Package or Membership from a Blank Invoice

  1. Create an Invoice from Add New in the header.
  2. Enter Patient's Name and click Add Invoice.
  3. Add a Service from a Package or Membership.
  4. Click Redeem in the header.
  5. Click Redeem in the popup window.

Important Note: Packages and Memberships can't be purchased or redeemed online. Memberships cannot be redeemed when you have a missed or unpaid invoice.
