View Patient Notification Logs Using Noterro

Sometimes, your Patient will tell you they haven't received their emailed invoice, text message, reminder, follow-up email, etc. Here's how you can see when an email, text, or phone notification was sent to a Patient.

Checking Patient Notification Logs

  1. Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
  2. Click Patients in the main navigation.
  3. Click on the Patient's Name.
  4. From a Patient's Profile.
  5. In the Sidebar, click on Notifications logs.

Important Note: The logs are based on communication over the past 12 months.

Meaning of Email Statuses

  1. Sent: The email was sent but is pending the receipt confirmation from the receiving email provider.
  2. Delivered: The receiving email provider acknowledges the receipt of the email.
  3. Bounced: The email bounced back. This could be a permanent bounce-back, for example, if the email address does not exist or a temporary bounce-back, for example, if the email account is currently full.
  4. Complaint: The recipient reported past emails as spam or clicked "unsubscribe." This places the email address on Noterro's suppression list. You will need to contact us to have the email address removed from the suppression list.
