You can customize the timing and content of these emails through specified steps, including the ability to adjust the days and post-treatment. Practitioners can send and modify the email template according to individual Patient needs.

Emailing follow-ups from a Draft or Finalized Clinical Note

  1. Log in as Admin or Practitioner.
  2. Click Patients in the main navigation.
  3. Click on the Patient's Name.
  4. Click on Clinical Notes, located on the left side of the navigation bar.
  5. Open a Draft or Finalized Clinical Note.
  6. Click on the Three Dots button (top right).
  7. Click on Follow-up.
  8. Select Email Now or Email Later and select the number of Days.
  9. Select Save or Send.

Updating the Treatment Follow-up Template

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click on Template.
  4. Scroll down to the Notification section.
  5. Click on Treatment Follow-up.
  6. Update the content.
  7. Click Save.

Important Note: You can check and confirm if a follow-up has been sent on the Clinical Note listing page or in the Notification Logs within an individual Patient profile.
