Patient not receiving SMS / text message

You can view each Patient's SMS history in their Notification Logs. Below are a few reasons that might explain why Patients haven't received their SMS/Text Messages from your clinic.

  1. Invalid Mobile Phone Number
    Solution: Correct the mobile phone number on file.
  2. SMS Reminder Not Enabled on the Appointment Reminder
    Solution: Ensure you enable SMS Appointment Reminders on future appointments. This would be confirmed by the absence of the SMS notification being in the Patient's Notification Log.
  3. Carrier Network Issue
    Solution: It's possible that there was an issue with the carrier network or Patient's device at the time of delivery.

If none of these solutions solve the issue, please email us at support@noterro.com and include the specific appointment, including the date, time and name of the affected Patient—we can investigate further.
