Adding Scribes to Finalized Clinical Notes

Scribe contents can't be added to finalized clinical notes. You will get an error message stating the scribe cannot be added because the note has been finalized.

If your note is less than seven days old, select 'Revert to Draft,' which will convert the finalized note back to a draft.

If you need to change a note beyond seven days since it was finalized, please submit a request and include the Clinical Note number.

This seven day rule can be disabled for the Admin user of a clinic. If you would like this rule to be disabled, please have the Admin email support@noterro.com from the Admin email address.

You can also delete the Scribe by clicking the down arrow icon and selecting delete.
