  • Minimum Lead Time: The minimum amount of time or notice provided before Patients can book an appointment online.
  • Maximum Lead Time: is the rolling number of days or weeks into the future your calendar will be displayed for online booking.
  • Maximum Appointments per Day: The maximum number of appointments you allow to be booked in a single day.
  • Maximum Hours per Day: The maximum number of daily treatment hours booked.
  • Cluster Bookings: When you have appointments and breaks booked in your calendar, Cluster Bookings will ensure Patients book adjacent to these existing appointments and breaks. When this feature is enabled, it will effectively "cluster" your appointments closer together to reduce gaps in your day. Enabling the cluster booking feature will present fewer options to your Patients in your online booking calendar when used.
