Managing Package & Membership Templates

In Noterro, you can create and manage Package or Membership templates. These templates allow you to set up recurring payments and sell services in advance. In this article, we will guide you through the process of adding, editing, disabling, and deleting Package or Membership templates.

Adding Package & Membership Templates

To add a Package or Membership template, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
  3. Select Templates from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Package & Membership section.
  5. Click on Add New.
  6. Choose whether you want to create a Package or Membership template.
  7. Fill out the required information in the form.
  8. Click Save to create the template.

Important Note: The additional charge on packages allows you to add a service that costs more, but you want to include it in the package.

For example, you may have a 60-minute service priced at $152.00 and a 90-minute service priced at $215.00. You would like to create a package or membership that would include both services, but there is a price discrepancy. The additional charge would be applied to the 90-minute service to allow you to add it to your package or membership.

Editing Package & Membership Templates

To edit a Package or Membership template, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
  3. Select Templates from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Package & Membership section.
  5. Locate the template you want to edit, and click on the Three Dots.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Make the necessary changes to the template.
  8. Click Save to save the changes.

Deleting Package & Membership Templates

To delete a Package or Membership template, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
  3. Select Templates from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Package & Membership section.
  5. Locate the template you want to delete, and click on the Three Dots.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Confirm the deletion by selecting "Yes Delete" when prompted.
  8. The template will be permanently deleted.

Important Note: You cannot delete a Package or Membership in Use.

If you want to temporarily disable a Package or Membership template, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.

  6. Click Disable.
