how to use Labels in Noterro for Customized Service Booking Control

You may want to allow certain groups of Patients to book specific services. For example, only 'VIP Members' can book an exclusive or premium service. Or, you may want to restrict certain services from being booked by certain Patients, such as preventing existing Patients from booking an initial appointment. This can be done by creating labels, associating them with services, and adding them to Patient profiles.

Creating Labels

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Click the Patient Icon in the main navigation bar.
  3. Click on Add beside the Label.
  4. Add Text.
  5. Select Colour.
  6. Click Save.

Add a Required Label to Book a Service

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Base Setup.
  4. Scroll to the Service Section.
  5. Click on the Service Name.
  6. Scroll to the Booking Labels section.
  7. Add a Label under "Label Required to Book."
  8. Click Save.

Important Note: You can add multiple labels, and a Patient needs a label to book the associated service.

Add a Label that Restricts Services from Being Booked

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Base Setup.
  4. Scroll to the Service Section.
  5. Click on the Service Name.
  6. Scroll to the Booking Labels section.
  7. Add a Label under "Label to Deny Booking."
  8. Click Save.

Important Note: You can add multiple labels. Patients with this label cannot book the associated service.
