Managing Location-Specific Pricing

As an Administrator of Noterro, you may want to set different prices for your services offered at separate locations, whether by adding or editing prices at a specified location.

Adding Different Prices Per Location

You may have recently opened a second location or now offer different services to your existing second location and need to add location-specific pricing to the services being offered.

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon (top-right header).
  3. Select Base Setup from the menu that appears.
  4. Scroll to the Service section.
  5. Click on the Add New button on the right side of the Services section.
  6. Enter a Category for the service.
  7. Enter a Name for the service.
  8. Under Duration and Price, enter the service's duration, recovery and price.
  9. Under Practitioners and Location, click Manage and select which location you want this service to be available.
  10. To add a different duration and price to another location, select Add Duration, input the duration, recovery and price, click Manage and select the other location.

Editing Service Pricing by Location

Sometimes, you may need to update an existing service with a different location-specific price.

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon (top-right header).
  3. Select Base Setup from the menu that appears.
  4. Scroll to the Service section.
  5. Locate the specific service you want to edit and click on its Name.
  6. Under Practitioners and Location, click Manage and select which location you want this service to be available.
  7. Click Save to save the changes.

Important Note: This feature is great if different locations offer the same service but at different prices or durations.
