Steps for Creating Labels for Location Restricting

1. Edit Your Home Location
   Begin by editing your Home Location settings and removing all services offered there. This ensures that no default services are available for booking at your home.
2. Create Home Versions of Services
   For each service you want to offer at your home location, create a new version of that service. Add these new services to your Home Location so that only these 'Home Versions' are available for booking at your home.
3. Assign a Portal Label to Each Home Service
   For each "Home Services" you've created, assign a Portal Label named ‘Home Visit Permitted.' This label will be used to restrict which clients can book the service at your home. Only patients with this label will be able to book these services.
4. Assign the Label to Authorized Patients
   For each Patient, you want to authorize to book a service at your home, add the ‘Home Visit Permitted’ label to their profile. This allows them to book any 'Home Services' available at your home location.

Managing Multiple Locations with Separate Location Restriction Labels

If you need to manage two locations, each with its own separate location restriction label, follow the steps below:

1. Create Location-Specific Labels
   Create a label for each location to restrict access. For example, create labels such as 'Location A Access' and 'Location B Access.'
2. Assign Labels to Patient Profiles
   Go to each Patient's profile and assign the appropriate location restriction label based on which location they should have access to. For example, if a Patient should only be able to book services at Location A, assign the 'Location A Access' label to their profile.
3. Restrict Services by Labels
   For each service offered at a location, set the required label that a Patient must have to book that service. For instance, if a service is only available at Location A, assign the 'Location A Access' label to that service. This ensures that only patients with the correct label can book services at the designated location.
4. Review and Save Changes
   Review all label assignments and service restrictions to ensure everything is set up correctly. Save any changes you make to finalize your location restrictions.
