Editing an Item in Snapshots

A Practitioner may want to edit or modify the snapshot of a Patient to ensure that medical information is current for personalized care.

Updating a Snapshot

1. Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
2. Click the Patients Icon (main navigation bar).
3. Click on the Patient's Name.
4. Locate the Snapshot section (left sidebar).
5. Click on the Snapshot item.
6. Click on Update.
7. Click on the Three Dots (to the right of Patient's name).
8. Click on Edit and Update the information.
9. Click Save.

Important Note: You can also update the condition's status by toggling on "resolve" and clicking save.
