How to Add Services to an Invoice

There may be instances where you'll need to add a service or multiple services to a new or existing invoice. Here are the steps:

Adding Services to an Invoice

  1. Click on Add Invoice (from the Add New in the header, Billing Activities, or from the Patient Profile under the Billing tab).
  2. Type in the Patient’s name and click Add Invoice. You do not need to do this step if you created an invoice from the Patient's Profile.
  3. Type in a Service Name under Invoice Items.
  4. Select the appropriate Service.
  5. Click Finish.

Important Note: You can add services to an existing invoice by selecting the invoice (e.g. INV-4) and then selecting edit, typing in the service name under invoice items and clicking finish.
