Adding a Treatment Date to an Invoice

When adding a service to an Invoice, the treatment date is automatically set for the invoice's creation date. Depending on when the service was provided, you may need to change this date.

Putting a Treatment Date on an Invoice

Click on Add Invoice (from Add New, Billing Activities, Appointment, or the Clinic Patient Profile page).
Find the Patient you want the invoice for.
Add Service under invoice items.
In the line item (the listing of the service), click on the Date.
Select the date from the calendar.
