Editing the Payment Method on a Paid Invoice

You may want to edit the payment method on a paid invoice to maintain accurate financial records for billing and accounting purposes.

Changing Payment Method on a Paid Invoice

1. Click on the Invoice.
2. Click on the Transaction (for example, TRN-3).
3. Click on the Edit.
4. Under Payment Method, select the type of payment used.
5. Click Save.

Important Note: You can edit the date and location or unlink the transaction from the invoice.
