Duplicating An Assessment

Practitioners can duplicate assessment notes during a reassessment to maintain accuracy and continuity of information. This aids in tracking progress and identifying changes in the Patient's condition. It's helpful to duplicate previous assessments so you can modify the changes.

How to Duplicate an Assessment

  1. Login as a Practitioner.
  2. Go to the Patient's Profile.
  3. Click Clinical Notes in the left sidebar.
  4. Click on a Draft Clinical Note.
  5. Within the SOAP section of the note, click View Past Assessments.
  6. Click Duplicate.

Important Note: The Clinical Note template must have the SOAP widget enabled, and the Assessment checkbox selected to access assessments on the clinical note.
