Merging Duplicate Patient Profiles

If your clinic has duplicate Patient profiles, you can merge them. However, you must review the two merged profiles carefully before combining them. Once the profiles are merged, the merge cannot be reversed or undone.

Merging From the Dashboard

  1. Go to the New Portal Accounts.
  2. Click on the Three Dots to the right of the Patient's name.
  3. Click Merge Profiles.
  4. Follow the Merge steps.

Merging From the Patient Listing Page

  1. Click on the Patient icon in the left header.
  2. Click on the Three Dots (right) of the Patient you want to merge.
  3. Click Merge Profiles.
  4. Follow the Merge steps.

Merging From the Patient Profile Page

  1. Search for the Patient's name.
  2. Select the Patient you want to merge.
  3. Click on the Three Dots next to the Patient's name.
  4. Click Merge Profiles.
  5. Follow the Merge steps.

Important Note: The source card will be selected if two credit cards are on each Patient's profile. If only one credit card is present, it will be automatically selected by default.
