To create Patient profiles with as much demographic information as possible, we’ll need you to export two reports from Simple Practice: the Patient Details report and the Patient Demographics report. To export the Patient Details report, you can follow these steps:
We’ll use these two reports to create profiles for Noterro that contain full demographics, such as address and Date of Birth information. Unless specified otherwise, we import the phone numbers in the Phone column in the Patient Details report as mobile phone numbers in Noterro.
As mentioned above, Simple Practice allows you to export appointment records. However, that report lacks some information to make it as clean to import as other software. So, how do we import this for you with some accuracy?
We import two pieces of information to help you identify appointment data. The Unit column contains information such as 1 or 0.75. Operating under the assumption that 1 Unit = 60 Minutes, we can import durations for each appointment. However, if the Unit is not 1 = 60 Minutes by default, you’ll want to let us know your account's standard time so we can import that.
For the Treatment Name, we import this as the Practitioner’s Name + Billing Code for that appointment. The final imported treatment type looks like Import - Practitioner Name, Billing Code. Using this method, you can assign the correct treatment type you’ve created in Noterro to each appointment to reflect the treatment type and duration information.
Head to your Calendar homepage > Reports > Appointment Status to get started.
From here, you can select whether you want to view an individual Patient's appointment report, but you’ll want more than that; from what we have received in the past, we believe that customers have exported how Billers view the Appointment Status Report. You can follow this Appointment Status Report guide from Simple Practice for step-by-step instructions with screenshots.
Important Note: You can book your migration call, and we'll coordinate the best way to make the switch based on your situation.
