Migrating from Wix to Noterro

Here’s what we know about moving over from Owl Practice to Noterro.

Exporting your Contacts from Wix

To export your contact list from Wix, you can follow these steps:

1. In Wix, go to your Contact List.
2. Click the More Actions icon
3. Click Export Contacts
4. Select the second toggle: By Label
5. Select All Contacts from the dropdown
6. Select the Regular CSV file
7. Click Export

The CSV file will download to your device, which you can then upload in the import area in Noterro. If you only want to bring over a specific set of contacts, the list can also be filtered by Selected Contacts. Exporting your Appointments from Wix

To bring over your appointments, follow these steps:

1. Go to Bookings List in your Wix dashboard
2. In the Date Range fields, enter your preferred date range to capture all past and upcoming appointments
3. Click the Search button
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to load all of the bookings
5. Click Download CSV up at the top
