Downloading a Finalized Clinical Note

Here's how to download and send a clinical note to a third party.

Downloading a Clinical Note

1. Click the Patient's name.
2. Click the Clinical Notes tab.
3. Under Finalized Notes, click the Three Dots.
4. Click Download

Important Note: This will provide you with a PDF version of the note.
