Adding an Internal Note to an Appointment

Internal notes help add private information to appointments that only your team can see. These notes won't be visible to Patients. Follow the steps below to add an internal note to any appointment.

Steps to Add an Internal Note:

  1. Log in to your Noterro account.
  2. Navigate to the Calendar Tab.
  3. Select the Appointment.
  4. Click the Edit Button.
  5. Scroll to the Internal Note Section.
  6. Add Your Note.
  7. Save Your Changes.

Important Notes: Internal notes are only visible to practitioners and admin users. You can edit or remove internal notes anytime by following the same steps.
