Navigating Practitioners Personal Setting Slideout

When logging into Noterro as a Practitioner, you can manage your personal Practitioner settings through the slide-out window. This article will help you navigate the different settings in your Practitioner account.

Personal Information

When clicking on the Profile Picture, a slide-out window appears. In this slide-out, you will see your personal information, including your name and email, profile photo or initials if a photo hasn't been added, the clinic's name and the login role of the Practitioner.

Profile

The Practitioner can complete their Profile by adding personal details, two-factor authentication, Professional ID, and notification preferences.

Important Note: You can also click on your profile picture to view your settings.

Calendar

The Practitioner can set their calendar by inputting their cancellation and scheduling preferences. The Practitioner can also sync their Noterro calendar with their personal calendar.

Charting

The Practitioner can set their charting preferences by allowing who can access their clinical notes and the types of snippets they may want to use.

Important Note: Snippets are shortcuts to your commonly used phrases.

Uploads

A Practitioner can quickly see how much data has been used when uploading files in the last 30 days.

Notifications

A Practitioner can quickly see how many SMS and Call notifications have been sent in the last 30 days.

Scribe

A Practitioner can quickly see how many credits they have left for the Noterro Scribe feature.

Lock Screen

On the bottom left of the slide-out window, you have a shortcut feature to lock your screen if you step away from your device.

Logout

The bottom right of the slide-out window has your logout button, where you can sign out of your Noterro account.
