How to Disable Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication uses a second factor to confirm your identity. This feature helps keep your Noterro Account secure, as it is stronger security than using just a password to log in. You can disable this feature if you no longer want to utilize it.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Log in as a Practitioner or Admin.
  2. Click on either your Photo or Initials in the top-right header.
  3. Click on Profile.
  4. Scroll to the Two-Factor Authentication section.
  5. Click on View.
  6. Click on Disable.

Important Note: In the future, you can always turn on Two-Factor Authentication again.
